工艺简介:
Brief
耐火纤维喷涂是拉际上八十年代发展起来的一种新型筑炉工艺。该工艺是通过专用设备对硅酸铝(陶瓷)耐火纤维进行预处理后,在喷口处与专用结合剂在喷枪外部单纯合后喷到炉墙表面,形成三维网状结构的耐火衬里。
The refractory fiber spurt technology is a kind of new way of
constructing fur-naces since the 1980s in the world, First the Silicate
Aluminum (ceraminc) refractory fiber is pretreated with the special
equipment, thenuses the high-pressing fan to spurt the fiber out through
the spurt gun, minxing it with special binder and at last the fiber is
spurted on the surface of the furnace, so three dimen-sional net
refractory lining is formed on the surface.
